My Name is in the Star Newspaper Today

This morning, I read the article in Star Newspaper that quoted what I predicted for the year of Ox, http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2008/12/29/nation/2906943&sec=nation. Generally, what I said was 2009 will be a turmoil year. But, there may be some hope after August 2009.

Book Release, Autograph & Sharing Session

I have been receiving sms, phone calls and emails that showed the support to my newly released book http://www.penangfengshui.com/b00k.htm. Some even asked me when will I publish my second book? I was very impressed, touched and of course, delighted. The support is simply a pushing momentum for me to move forward and it seems to be that I am moving on the right path. They are all the encouragements that I treassure so much.

My Book, Penang Chief Minister, Komtar & Landslide

I was quite busy recently in publishing my book, classes, consultations and etc, but I decided to take a break tonight and by coincident, I went into a blog http://www.michaelteoh.com/?p=69 and to my surprise, I saw someone wrote a very impressive article about me. He is Michael Teoh. Hence, I decided to put a stop to what I am doing right now and write something to answer to his question about why all the Penang Chief Ministers did not have good ending to their political career as CM. The answer is the 'Komtar'.

We seldom find any office of the head of the state is located high in sky. The office of the Chief Minister of Penang is located at the 28th floor of Komtar. As a matter of fact, human being should have a very close relationship with our mother Earth. We should touch the ground daily. We are born on the Earth since thousands years ago and nobody can go against this. Therefore, we should love and respect our mother nature, instead of going against her. We have to know who is the BOSS. She has shown her great power again in the recent Bukit Antarabangsa Landslide tragedy.

Thus, this is the reason why all the tycoons are staying in the landed bungalows. It also tells us why it is better for us to have a landed property than to stay high in a condominium, if we can afford it. Thus, why does every Chief Minister in Penang lose their power in the election, and had never been able to easily or comfortably retire from their position? The Penang Chief Minister should seriously think about this question if he wishes to have good ending in his political career.

General Prediction for 2009 and How to maintain a Good Life?

A reporter from the Star Newspaper called me via the telephone to check with me how I predict the 2009 will be and it triggered me to look into it seriously.

General Prediction for 2009, the year of Ox.

1. It should be a turbulence year with difficulties in terms of the economy, diseases and terrorism.
2. We can only see a slight better outlook after Sept 2009.
3. It is a bad year particularly for those who were born in the year of Ox and Goat. Those who are born on those years should rather stay cool and avoid all unnecessary investment, purchases, job transfer and argument. They should look for stability in life instead. Keep their money in their pocket.
4. It is an excellent year for those who were born in the year of monkey. Take whatever opportunity you have to shine. For those who were born in the year of pig, this is your ‘run-about’ year whereby you have to travel a lot.
5. Romance year for horse.
6. Study year for rooster.

In order to stay good luck, we have to:-

1. Be a kind-hearted man always. Willingness to help others is most crucial to enhance ones luck. Do more charity and you will feel that your luck will become better.
2. Always say something nice to others and your luck will be better than before.
3. Put water features at the right locations i.e. the southwest and east of your house or office for period 8 (2004 – 2023). The water should flow to the direction of your house as water symbolizes wealth.
4. Circulate the auspicious qi at South-East by putting an aquarium, water feature, fan or clock there. South-East is the best location for 2009. If the main door of your house is located at the South-East, open the door wide enough to welcome the auspicious qi. Nevertheless, do not put any rubbish bin at the South-East. Always keep the South-East sector clean.
5. Cleanliness is a must. Do an entire clear-up in your house and you will enjoy better luck right away.
6. The worst sector is the North. Place a metal wind chime there.
7. Avoid any renovation at the North and East sectors of your house.

8. Keep money in your pocket.
