Seven days a week is based on the
solar calendar. Chinese ancestors have set a week as seven days long ago even
before the solar calendar started. In fact, 周而复始,生生不息actually means the world will move on
endlessly. You wake up and work in the morning, and then you need a rest end of
the day, and it ’s the same for a week. You slowly
become more and more motivated after the Monday Blue. When you get to the
weekend, you must rest to let your body adjust to it, so you have to start
working again after the break. This is the law of nature.
The 黄帝内经has the seven-day rhythm. There is a
saying that if our body catch a flu, if there is no treatment within seven days
and if there are no complications, our body will naturally develop immune
capacity and will recover. If it cannot recover in seven days, it is 7x2 = 14
days, or 7x3 = 21 days; there is also a saying that our cells are completely
destroyed in our body after the death of seven x seven = 49 days, so the family
of the deceased must wear filial piety for 49 days.
Animal and human pregnancy cycles are
multiples of seven, chicken hatching eggs 7x3 = 21 days, cat pregnancy 7x9 = 63
days, rabbit pregnancy period is 7x4 = 28 days, tiger pregnancy period 7x15 =
105 days, human pregnancy period 7x40 = 280 Days.
The high wisdom of the ancient times,
"Heaven-Man Unity", if the earth is a large universe, then the human
body is a small universe. Two thirds of the earth is water, and so are human-being.
How is the seven-day rhythm formed? It is formed by the combined action of the
sun and the moon, because the lunar calendar has 28 days in a month and four
tides in a month, 28 divided by 4 = 7 days, so the period of the incubation
period that is generally accepted for Covid-19 is 7x2 = 14 days .
For the analysis of the effectiveness
of the Covid-19 vaccine, and its response period is also 14 days. If there is
no response for 14 days, it depends on 28 days, so it is 7.

also the era when the gods were listed. Zhou Gong was regent after King Zhou
Wu. Although he was very powerful, many people embraced him as king, but
because of his good character, he insisted on leaving the throne to his nephew,
and he later achieved the rule of Cheng Kang. Zhou Gongdan set the ritual and
music system. At that time, the bronzes were at the very top, so this is a
prosperous age of the Zhou Dynasty.
After the prosperity of the Zhou
Dynasty, it was the prosperity of the Han Dynasty After the Zhou Dynasty, there
was the Spring and Autumn Period. Confucius was in the Spring and Autumn

Later, the prosperous world of the
Tang Dynasty appeared after 700 years, so Chinese history is that there will be
a prosperous world every 700 years. The rule of Zhenguan, when there were many
poets Li Bai and Du Fu during the Tang Dynasty? Because everyone is well and do
not have to worry much for living, there is nothing to worry about. Therefore,
the beautiful women of the Tang dynasty are all chubby because they have
nothing to worry about as the country is very prosperous.
After the Tang Dynasty, 700 years
later, it was the Ming Dynasty. When I started to study history, I didn't
really agree with this view. Why not? Our impression is that the Ming Dynasty
was a very dark dynasty, with the so-called Jinyiwei and eunuchs making
trouble. In fact, this was the emperor at that time used this mechanism to
control his world. The Ming emperor did his good to do this. The emperor of the
Ming Dynasty cracked down on corruption of officials. They used these Jinyiwei
to control his world. When the emperor knew that an official in a far place had
corruption, he immediately took harsher actions, so the people at that time
were good. What we are familiar with is Zheng He to Nanyang. His army is
actually very large. At that time, the Ming Dynasty’s system was already very efficient.
Every year those countries nearby have to give some gifts to the emperors of
the Ming Dynasty, including the emperor of Thailand and the Sultan Melaka. The
princess Han Libao of the Ming Dynasty married Malacca Sultan, so this time was
during the Ming Dynasty.

become a book? Zhou Wenwang wrote about the 8864 hexagrams more than 3,000 years

week as seven days.
The 24th trigrams of the Yijing are 复 trigrams, repeated complexions, and rehabilitation
complexes, just like we are recovering now. There is a hexagram in the
scriptures: "“反覆其道，七日来复，天行也。”It repeats the same way. "It means that it runs repeatedly on the
orbit and returns to start again in seven days. This is the rule of the day.
The rule of operation is based on seven days.
When you start a week, we have the
so-called Monday Blue at work on Monday, the rhythm is still relatively slow,
and you still cannot work hard enough. You may not have much motivation after
the weekend, but then when you get to Wednesday and Thursday, you will
gradually get motivated. Well, this is the principle of yin and yang. Rest is
what we call yin. When there is motivation to work hard, it is yang. Slowly,
you become more and more positive and more motivated. When you are most
productive on Thursday, but you feel tired on Friday, you will rest on
Saturday, Sunday, or play until you are exhausted, and you will repeat it throughout
the week. The I Ching says "seven days will come and go", and one
week our body will have a recovery period or recharge.
If you understand the 8864 hexagram
of the Book of Changes, the hexagram must be composed of three lines (which is
called yao) plus three lines, 3 + 3 = 6 lines, that is, after six lines (yao),
the seventh line (yao) is another transformation, which will be another
hexagram, Chinese often say that "Six and Six Dashun (smooth), it will
change every seven" means that there will be a change when 7 comes, so you
can find that this year's flying star Chart, no 7 entered the center, and the
Central Palace is the most important palace, so you can see a lot of changes
this year, and the other is that it is now the 21st century, and the 21st
century shows that there are three sevens, so this century has a lot changes.
Seven not only represents seven days,
it can represent seven weeks, it can represent seven months, it can also
represent seven hundred years. In fact, China ’s history is that there will be
a prosperous China every 700 years, which is the so-called object must be
reversed. A thing if you throw up, it will come down when you reach the top, so
you can find that if you understand the history of China, seven hundred years is
a golden age. The first time was actually the Zhou Dynasty, the second was the
Han Dynasty, the third was the Tang Dynasty, and the fourth was the Ming
