Book Release, Autograph & Sharing Session

I was very impressed, touched and of course, delighted. The support is simply a pushing momentum for me to move forward and it seems to be that I am moving on the right path. My Book, Penang Chief Minister, Komtar & Landslide

I was quite busy recently in publishing my book, classes, consultations and etc, but I decided to take a break tonight and by coincident, I went into a blog http://www.michaelteoh.com/?p=69 and to my surprise, I saw someone wrote a very impressive article about me. He is Michael Teoh. Hence, I decided to put a stop to what I am doing right now and write something to answer to his question about why all the Penang Chief Ministers did not have good ending to their political career as CM. The answer is the 'Komtar'.

We seldom find any office of the head of the state is located high in sky. The office of the Chief Minister of Penang is located at the 28th floor of Komtar. As a matter of fact, human being should have a very close relationship with our mother Earth. We should touch the ground daily. We are born on the Earth since thousands years ago and nobody can go against this. Therefore, we should love and respect our mother nature, instead of going against her. We have to know who is the BOSS. She has shown her great power again in the recent Bukit Antarabangsa Landslide tragedy.

Thus, this is the reason why all the tycoons are staying in the landed bungalows. It also tells us why it is better for us to have a landed property than to stay high in a condominium, if we can afford it. Thus, why does every Chief Minister in Penang lose their power in the election, and had never been able to easily or comfortably retire from their position? The Penang Chief Minister should seriously think about this question if he wishes to have good ending in his political career.

General Prediction for 2009 and How to maintain a Good Life?

A reporter from the Star Newspaper called me via the telephone to check with me how I predict the 2009 will be and it triggered me to look into it seriously.

General Prediction for 2009, the year of Ox.

1. It should be a turbulence year with difficulties in terms of the economy, diseases and terrorism.
2. We can only see a slight better outlook after Sept 2009.
3. It is a bad year particularly for those who were born in the year of Ox and Goat. Those who are born on those years should rather stay cool and avoid all unnecessary investment, purchases, job transfer and argument. They should look for stability in life instead. Keep their money in their pocket.
4. It is an excellent year for those who were born in the year of monkey. Take whatever opportunity you have to shine. For those who were born in the year of pig, this is your ‘run-about’ year whereby you have to travel a lot.
5. Romance year for horse.
6. Study year for rooster.

In order to stay good luck, we have to:-

1. Be a kind-hearted man always. Willingness to help others is most crucial to enhance ones luck. Do more charity and you will feel that your luck will become better.
2. Always say something nice to others and your luck will be better than before.
3. Put water features at the right locations i.e. the southwest and east of your house or office for period 8 (2004 – 2023). The water should flow to the direction of your house as water symbolizes wealth.
4. Circulate the auspicious qi at South-East by putting an aquarium, water feature, fan or clock there. South-East is the best location for 2009. If the main door of your house is located at the South-East, open the door wide enough to welcome the auspicious qi. Nevertheless, do not put any rubbish bin at the South-East. Always keep the South-East sector clean.
5. Cleanliness is a must. Do an entire clear-up in your house and you will enjoy better luck right away.
6. The worst sector is the North. Place a metal wind chime there.
7. Avoid any renovation at the North and East sectors of your house.

8. Keep money in your pocket.

Would like to share my happiness with you. Today 25 Nov 08 is my happy day as:-

1. I received an email from a lady who shared the photographs of her 4 months old baby girl with me. The name of the baby girl has been named by myself. Wah, I would like to use the word "overdelighted" to describe my feeling now for seeing a baby whose name was named by myself to grow up to be a very cute and healthy baby. I am getting the permission from the lady so that I can show the photographs of the baby with you in my blog.

2. Today finally, I have received my first book http://www.penangfengshui.com/b00k.htm in feng shui. All books have been printed and ready to be marketed. I will also share with all about my book in the Popular Book Shop. There will be 2 'New Book Sharing / Autograph Sessions' in Popular Book Shop as per http://www.penangfengshui.com/seminars.htm This book was written by a Penangite who love Penang so much who spent a lot of time in analyzing the feng shui of Penang. I am showing my pure love to Penang by written this book.....to Penang, my love.

Island Plaza

I have been invited to the Island Plaza for a feng shui consultation at a shop lot in the Island Plaza recently. In fact, it was a brilliant opportunity for me to find out what is wrong with the Island Plaza as it used to be one of the most popular shopping complexes in Penang. Nevertheless, it lost its attraction in these few years.

Eventually, I found the problems. There is now a road pointing at the plaza. The main entrance of the Island Plaza is fronting the road. On top of it, there are five posts in front of the main entrance of plaza. Five is the worst number as five yellow is most inauspicious star in the feng shui flying star.

Feng Shui Consultation at Selangor

Recently, I have been busy with some feng shui site visits to many places. I have done quite a wee bit of traveling. Last weekend, I was delighted to be invited by an English – Punjabi couple for a feng shui consultation to their house. They bought me a Flyfire air ticket to Subang then picked me up from there. I would like to thank them for their trust.

I like the Firefly aircraft even though it is small but it is new and the service provided was superb. I enjoyed my trip very much. Also, what made me felt great was I managed to bring some good answers to their concerns in building a bungalow for their love one. The lady master of the house is such as a caring mother.

Young Leaders

As per my earlier blog which I wrote about the world now is in period 8 whereby more and more young leaders will be the leaders http://penangfengshui.blogspot.com/2008/06/obama-wins-as-predicted.html. If you look around the world, a lot of the older leaders will have to give way to the younger generation as this is period 8 (2004 to 2023) and this is the period time for the young men to shine according to the Baqua.

The same thing is happening in our beloved country too. Comparatively, Najib stands a better chance if compare to Anwar because he is younger. Congratulation Obama

Since the beginning of the United States Presidential Election, I always feel that Obama should be the next president. Please read my earlier blog on what I have writen about him in the election http://penangfengshui.blogspot.com/2008/02/obama-stands-better-chance.html. However, if you look at his face carefully, there is protruding piece at the bottom of his right cheek near the nose. It is to show that he might face great difficulties at his 50, including the possibility of gun fatality. Good luck to him.

Eng Huat’s Mother

The above newspaper shows the news about his mother. She is such as a great mother. I salute her! Wishing her and her family always in good health and happy forever. God blesses her and Eng Huat. Vote for Michael Teoh as the Malaysia's Most Outstanding Youth

I met Michael on one of the MiRC Tech-Nights which I was there to deliver my talk in the topic of feng shui. He approached me to discuss on some topics related to feng shui. Subsequently, we developed strong friendship via internet as we did not have chance to meet each other again because he had to return to New Zealand.

Once, he asked me about how I viewed life and destiny with the knowledge of oriental astrology that I learnt. From his questions, I knew he was quite confused about his destiny and where should he headed for. He told me he used to be a boy who did not much confidence and hope for a guidance from me. I tried to guide him to look forward for life positively and have a strong belief within ourselves. I attempted to make him understand although sometimes life is unpredictable but if you know yourself well enough and be optimistic, you can make the difference. I told him as what I always tell others i.e. no 1 is destiny, no 2 is luck, no 3 is feng shui, no 4 is good-will and no 5 is education. I reminded him to be helpful and kinds towards those that need his help and continue to pursue his studies. Eventually, he believes in feng shui with the right understanding about it and not superstitious. Now, he has grown within a year to be Malaysia's Most Outstanding Youth! He said as a young generation, he used to be skeptical towards feng shui. However, he said, time and time again, I have opened his eyes to it!

‘文昌星’入命, 主聪明过人, 又主逢凶化吉. 气质雅秀, 举止温文, 好学新知, 具上进心. 一生近官利贵. 今年肖鸡者头脑清醒, 特别聪明, 有利于考生.

流年有’血刃’凶星出现在命宫。它是一颗破财星，能制造祸事，令你无端损财因爱好投资的人要深思熟虑，谨慎而行以防辛苦赚得的钱财付诸流流水。既主破财也主血光，预示今年你易受利器所伤，也要确保有良好睡眠质素以及注意安全勿闯红灯否则便难逃血光之应了.

‘福星’是主福禄双全的星宿，代表你在工作上有很大的发挥，而且毋须你花太多心思和精神去筹谋，自然会有贵人为你安排一切，让机会出现在你的面前。若你能掌握流年的机遇，尽力把公司派下来的任务做到最好，则老板将会对你刮目相看，让你担任和负责更多更重要的项目；你知道吗？这个就是他部署提升你的第一步，是否能够达到他的要求，就要看你自己的造化了。

‘天德’是一颗贵人星，主逢凶化吉，而祂跟’解神’、’地解’等吉神不同，因为后两者需要先见凶而后化吉，但’天德’却是直接阻止不吉利的事情发生，使你可以专心完成老板委派的工作。

肖猪 Pig (2009)

'天狗’星主有超支和失预算的现象，代表今年你的财政情况有点不济, 经常会因为消费过度以致收支失去平衡。如果长时间不只自律，则难保会有经济陷入困境的一天。

'吊客’同临，主有奔丧事,必须留意家人的健康，出入小心.

How to use the correct colours to design your website and name card?

A number of clients asked me the above mentioned question and whether is it true that the colours that you use in your blog, name card and even signboard will affect your luck. The answer is 'YES'. For instance, if you require plant element (known by reading your ba zi), then the right colour which you should use is the green colour and utilise the left top and left middle part of your name card to indicate the most important piece of information about yourself.

One of the good examples that I noticed is the popular streamboat restaurant in Penang, Xuan Xin Restaurant which is enjoying good business. They are going to open their second outlet in Gurney Plaza. They use the correct colour and name. They use red colour as their main colour which is defintely the right colour to be used as restaurant is a fire element as we use fire to cook. The name of the restaurant also with fire and Sun which has very strong fire.

让别人知道自己的生辰八字有害吗?

很多顾客问我以上的问题. 我的答案是'无害'. 但不可让心怀叵测的邪惡者知道你的生辰八字(出生时间)后又得到你身上的东西, 例如头发, 手指甲, 衣服甚至于你身上的血. 但这也对那些邪惡者是个罪业. 要积德就能改命运.

Numbers again

The number of bulbs should be 1, 4, 6, 8 or 9. Please avoid 2, 3, 5 and 7 especially 5 bulbs as 5 is 5 yellow in feng shui is the worst flying star that will create the most inauspicious qi.

To answer to Michael's question below on numbers......
No 8 is in fact the most powerful auspicious star in period 8 (2004-2023). In period 8, the favorite numbers are 8, 9 & 1. Use them more.
No 4 is actually a romance and intellectual star but it turns to become bad number simply because its pronunciation in Chinese does not sound good. But, if we use it in boosting your luck in attracting more customers , it is actually a superb number as it is a romance star.

Milk Powder Scandal in China - Wrong Brand Name

More than a 1,000 parents anxious over tainted milk powder on Thursday rushed their infants to hospitals for health checks as the Chinese government announced that a fourth baby had died in the spreading scandal.

The milk company has used the wrong brand name, San Lu (Three deer). This is because 'three' in term of feng shui is argument and lawsuit. Thus, the company is facing tremendous problems and pressure now. Please avoid using number 2, 3, 5 and 7 now in period 8 (2004 to 2023)especially the number 5 which is 5 yellow, the most powerful inauspicious star.

超过一千位父母亲因为担心自己的孩子饮用了三鹿牛奶粉而把孩子送赶到医院做检验.

在风水的角度, '三鹿'的名字已犯了大忌, 因为三碧星是主争议官非之星因此三鹿牛奶粉公司正面对前所未有的大问题. 请注意2, 3, 5 和7 都不可在八运 (2004 - 2023) 里用, 尤其是最凶的五黄星.

Over these days, i have found my much needed break, not having to frequent university classes and my additional commitments to business competitions and conferences of the like, so i thought i write you an email.

I like the way how you are reading Feng Shui as i mentioned before, you are Different. During my short stay in Malaysia for the Harvard Business Conference, i had the chance to meet Lillian Too, and guess what - She was a graduate from a Harvard Business School in the USA, which explains a lot about the Commercialisation of her Feng Shui products. Again, no doubt, she is a celebrity in Feng Shui, but sometimes, i am confused with the way she marketed. Sometimes it made Feng Shui look rather superficial. But by seeing how you are starting off Master Lee, i am sure your techniques and talks are more to the 'Roots' of Feng Shui.

I find your style perhaps more Traditional and Genuine? I am in no position to make comparisons as i know little about Feng Shui, but those are my views, and personally, i would prefer the Traditional more 'Down to Earth' way that i think you are practising Master Lee.

I have been busy, travelling from one business conference/ competition to the next. Before i returned to Malaysia, i was at Wellington for a Business Competition. Took the flight from Wellington and immediately flew back to Penang for 3 days and then down to KL for the Harvard Business Conference and back to NZ - Less than 4 days, i was off again to the North Islands for another Business Competition. With the weeks coming, i would have 2 more weeks, before i need to leave to Singapore and Hong Kong to represent NZ twice in two global business competitions.

Hence, i apologise for not being able to reply your emails sooner in the past! But i am really keen to hear from you especially with so much development going on!

How is Lim Eng Huat?

Remember my student, Lim Eng Huat? He is a standard 5 student who have to drop his schooling due to the reappearance of his cancerous cells. The picture above was taken last week. He was okay when the picture was taken but according to his mother, his condition is up and down.

The happy news is we have managed to collect approximate RM6000 for him and I would like to thank everyone that helped up. Again, I wish to repeat "you can enhance your luck if you help somebody."

My Feng Shui Book in English

Old Multinational Factory in Prai

Finally, I have completed my book with the title of 'How to Enhance Wealth with Feng Shui'. ..... WE ARE READY! The book illustrates the effects of exterior feng shui, interior feng shui and
the flow of magnetic energy.

It is at the final stage whereby I am getting legal advices from my lawyer friends so that I will not get sue for writing the truth of what I noticed around me from the view of feng shui studies. I wrote a lot of real examples of the feng shui practices and locations in Malaysia, particularly in Penang. I wish to share one of the real examples here which I am not sure whether will I get sue for writing it in my book. Can anyone advise me?

Flyover

Old Multinational Factory in Prai

I noticed that an old multinational factory in Prai has been left empty for a long time. The factory is fronting a number of flyovers. The flyovers also form the shape of snakes in front of the factory. The flyovers are particularly bad if a building is located at the area of 反弓水 bend bow water (Please refer to the topic, The flow of rivers & roads). In fact, it can be overcome by planting a lot of plants in front of the factory to block all the undesired qi.

Feng Shui Talk in Popular Gurney Plaza

I have delivered my feng shui talk in Popular Book Shop, Gurney Plaza on last Saturday. The response was amazing and I am pleased to see that there are many young generation who show great interest in this valuable knowledge that passed down from our ancestors. I called the knowledge a 'treasure'.

Special thanks to Madam Ch'ng, Keun Wei, Sue Ching, Soon Chai and Seng Wei for their supports. It is really a great momentum for me to move forward further.

所谓风水轮流转, 在历史中从来没有一个皇朝是永垂不朽的, 以风水的角度来说, 因为地球不断地在旋转, 地球的磁場或气都不停地在转变, 而且太阳,月亮与其他星球的吸引力都对地球的磁場或气产生了作用, 因此在风水的理气学里没有一个地方是有永久性的好风水. 中国历史上的皇朝不就是一个好的例子吗? 难道皇帝没有好的风水师吗? 康乾圣世后为什么清朝就走向末落了呢? 二十年一个运, 五十年已经是两个半运了? 八运是国阵的运还是民联的呢?

We say "Feng Shui is always rotating". From the history, there would not have an empire that would stay strong forever. If you analyse from the view of feng shui, our Earth does not stop revolving. When the Earth revolves, the magnetic energy or 'qi' will always changes from time to time. On top of that, the gravitational forces from the Sun, the Moon and other planets affect the magnetic force of our Earth too. Thus, in term of feng shui, there will be no place that will have auspicious feng shui forever. The same concept applied to all. That is the reason why after the first five powerful emperors in Ching Dynasty, the empire became weak. Was there no great feng shui master to help the emperors during the time? 1 'yun' period is 20 years. 50 years are 2.5 period. We are in the period 8 (2004 - 2023), is the 'yun' belong to BN or PR?

Olympic Closing Ceremony vs my feng shui talk

Of course, my feng shui talk lost to the grand Olympic Closing Ceremony in Beijing. The responce last night was not very promising. However, I love to see the Olympic Game was successfully organized by China. It is also shown that whatever said by the Ba Qua is true i.e. period 8 (2004 - 2023) is belonging to the Great China.

Fortune Telling Session at Intel Penang

It is really my great pleasure for being able to be invited to the Ladies Day organised by the Intel PDC Penang Design Centre yesterday. The people there are fantastic and I have meet with many superb, wonderful and young engineers of Intel.

I wish I could spent more time with them to share the great oriental astrology knowledge that was passed down from our ancestors but time did not permit me to do so. I sincerely apologize for that.

This is my student, Lim Eng Huat!

As what I always said, 1 destiny 2 luck 3 feng shui 4 good-will 5 education. The better person you are, the better luck you will have......
• Four years ago, a mother came to me and asked me to help her to teach her son who was suffering from leukemia.
• The father of the boy is jobless as he is also a very sick patient.
• The financial burden of the family depends solely on the mother who involves in materials recycling.
• But, she is a very strong mother.
• Due to his sickness, Eng Huat had to skip standard 1 and went straight to standard 2.
• Without much thinking, I agreed and volunteered a lower fee.
• His mom thanked me repeatedly. I could felt the sincere appreciation of a mother.
• Since that day, little Eng Huat started to come to my centre. He was so pale and weak.
• However, he was very playful.
• From him, you would feel that life is full of zest.
• But, he had started to make all my teachers mad about him because he was very playful.
• Soon, we forgot that he was a very sick patient because he was very positive about life.
• You would not felt that you were dealing with a very sick boy.
• He started to make great progress in his health.
• Once, I called him ‘Ah San’ as the rice that he needed for lunch is as much as a ‘san’ (Hill in Chinese) in a bowl.
• He then put on a lot of the weight.
• 3 weeks ago, he told me in my class “Teacher, I have recovered. I am a healthy boy now.”
• I replied him, “Very good!”
• But, 2 weeks ago, I received a call from his mom and she said, “Mr. Lee, Eng Huat has to stop coming to your centre as his cancer cells appear again!”
• My goodness, how can this be true??
• But, it is true……..
• I did not know what to say, but I will say

Penang, the Unesco World Heritage Site

In term of feng shui, it is extremely wonderful for Penang to be the Unesco World Heritage Site. This is due to the fact that the contour of Penang Island is like a turtle and turtle is a quiet and slow animal. Thus, Penang is famous location for holiday makers. Emphasis should be placed on its tourism. The government should place full attention on the development of the sector of tourism and make it a superb place for relaxation.
Comparatively, Penang, the pearl of the oriental is far away compare to Singapore and Hong Kong as the sea surrounds the island is not that clear and deep compare to both the countries. Moreover, the sea surrounds the island has been seriously polluted for the past years. Don’t forget water is the wealth. Thus, if the sea is not clear and clean, the luck of wealth will relatively lower.
