砂拉越州议会大选 Sarawak State Assembly Election

在砂拉越州议会大选的前一天, 我与好友谈论我们的见法, 当时我告诉我的好友, 我预测国阵还是会清松地保着2/3议席, 而民联得少于20议席. 过后砂拉越政府将出现不安定的局势.
本不该写这篇文章, 因为你此时此刻一定会骂我是马后炮, 但只是要強烈的告诉大家这是八运, 后天八卦告诉我们’八’在艮卦, 艮卦为小儿, 是年轻人的时代, 不是老头的时代. 君不见此时的小儿在家里的地位很高很被重视吗? 他如说去KFC吃, 全家人都必须依他的, 因为此时是小家庭的时代, 更不是鄧小平的时代. 这全是因为此时艮卦当令. 君不见此时的领导人都较年轻代吗? 要不然, 领导人的长相必须年轻, 不要老态龙鍾. 我常说如果日本要走出困境, 找个较年轻的领导人来当首相吧?
不知DAP在砂拉越州议会大选是否有高人指点, 但它的做法肯定是对的! 好好把握此时吧, 年轻人. 上了年级的uncles们, 请别骂我呀!

The day before the Sarawak State Assembly election, I talked with my friends and I told them that my prediction was that it would be still clear two-thirds majority for BN, and the Pakatan Rakyat will have less than 20 seats. After the election, there will be some internal conflict within the BN.
Shouldn't have written this article, because you will at this moment scolding me that I should have said it before the election. The message that I want to deliver here is that the “later heaven bagua” told us, it is now the age of the young people, not the old man's age. Have you not seen at this time the status of children at home is getting more important than the previous generation when your grandmother has ten or more children? If the young son in your family says go to KFC for dinner, the whole family must follow him, because it is time for small family, nor the age of Suharto or Deng Xiao Ping. This is because of the Gen kua. We are at period 8 and it is the Gen kua. Have you not seen at this point, the leaders in the world are getting younger? Otherwise, they must look young. I often say that if Japan wants to get out of the horrible situation, get a younger leader to become their Prime Minister. I have insisted my opinion even before it was hit by the worst earthquake or tsunami. If you always follow my blog or you have read my book and attended my class, you will know what I m talking about.
I do not know whether the DAP in the Sarawak State Assembly election knew that. But it is certainly right strategy to have the young men to challenge the uncles who are basically more than 60!
Young man, make the most of this time.

Sorry for not be able to update my blog that often as before as I m getting busy to plan for my trips to Thailand, Brunei and KL for feng shui audits. But, I am glad that I still could found time to conduct a feng shui class whereby the students can even learn to predict the disasters in Southeast Asia in 2012.

I m glad to receive the below testimonials from those who approached me before and I told them that the biggest happiest for a feng shui master is when someone told me that my prediction is deadly accurate. It is the biggest achievement that money cannot buy!

Feng Shui for Restaurants

Recently, there are quite a lot of of opportunities for me to enjoy some excellent delicious food around Malaysia due to my work nature as I have to do quite a number of travels. Thus, I could not stopped myself from studying the feng shui of restaurants which enjoy superb business. Of course, the good part of it is I can enjoy good food but, the disadvantage is it has make me put on quite a fair bit of weight lately! Hehehe! Thanks to all my friends who bring me to enjoy the tasty food.

After studying the feng shui of the restaurants, I am convinced again that the theory of the 5 elements works for the food industry i.e. restaurant is fire element as we use fire to cook the food. I feel that it is of vital for those who are going into the food industry to read this article. Even though I have always published quite a number of articles about the feng shui of restaurants but I have to say it again. I found the common factors which contribute to the auspicious feng shui, despite some other factors. The key here is never use black color as the key/main color for the restaurant as black color is the color of water and water put out fire. Also, black which produce more yin energy. Please do not think that black color looks stylist, modern or romantic and you use it as the main color for your restaurant. I have seen a number of restaurants which used black color as its theme color and eventually have to end their business pretty soon.

Let me give you some examples:-

Restoran Kar Heong Chicken Rice SS 14 60, Jalan 14/2 Subang Jaya 47500, Petaling Jaya Selangor, Malaysia serves excellent chicken rice. The colors that they use most are the red color and green color. (Please refer to the pictures above.) Red is the color for the fire and green color is the color for the plant element. Plant produces fire because we use plant/wood to create fire. The uniform for the employees are all green in color. Also, those owners who are doing good in their restaurants business, their bazi should require fire element.

De Tai Tong Cafe (大东酒楼) 45, Lebuh Cintra, 10100 Penang, Malaysia is a popular dim sum restaurant in Penang. The name De Tai Tong Cafe (大东酒楼) which means the great Eastern actually emphasizes the East direction which is the direction of plant. Mr. BBQ Restaurant, 16-17 Jalan Maharajalela, 34000 Taiping, Perak, Malaysia serves marvellous bbq seafood and fish. Look at the signboard and the colors that they use. Also, it is better to use wooden tables than any other material tables if you are going to set up a restaurant.

As the matter of fact, I have actually applied the same theory when I did the feng shui audit for the Island Park Restaurant prior to their major renovation. The business has become good after that and was told by the owner that they have managed to sell the restaurant with good price.

Basic Feng Shui Class

A lot of people wrote to me and asked me when can I conduct a feng shui class for them and promised them that I will do it when I find time.

Here go the plan:-

1. Objective of the class: A lot of people have the same feeling like me that they are confused when they start to learn feng shui as there are many schools of thought. Different feng shui masters will tell them different version of theories. As a matter of fact, a lot of times I have to spend a lot of my time explaining to my clients why other feng shui masters told them differently. Hence, it is important we go back to basic and core of feng shui. We will not go wrong if we go back to the basic. It is similar to "If you do not understand a complicated mechanical engineering theory, then go back to the Newton Law which is the basic for the mechanical engineering." I will bring you to the right place to start by understanding the core of feng shui through the truth of I-Ching, Bagua, 5 elements, yin and yang, hardware and software of feng shui which are called the luan tou and the li qi. There will be more to be learned from me personally in the class than through my book if time allowed. I think this class is going to be a good start for those new feng shui learners and feng shui lovers. Also, you will learn from me how I have managed to predict the earthquakes in Japan and Chile, the crisis in the Middle East and etc.

Saving Lives in Japan

West hits Libyan Gaddafi defenses, Who is next after Japan?

Western air strikes pounded Muammar Gaddafi's defenses and allied warplanes patrolled Libyan skies today http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20110320/wl_nm/us_libya, explained my earlier post last week whereby March 2011 is not a good month to the East and the Middle East as both the inauspicious stars (annual and monthly stars) are at the same place. This makes the things worse as the inauspicious energy is double at the regions. As what I said earlier when I predicted the crisis in Middle East, the annual and month flying star no 7, which is the ‘broken army’ star that causes instability, war, argument, terrorism as someone might come and take away things from certain place are all at the centre of the Earth. Let us pray that the damage is as least as possible. If you understand the Pacific Ring of Fire http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacific_Ring_of_Fire, you will know that the serious earthquakes actually started from Haiti to Chile, then to New Zealand and now is at Japan. Hence, who is next?

Furthermore, there is three killings ‘三煞’ there. If the volcanoes become active then it is possible that California will be hit. Anyway, I seriously wish that my prediction will not come true this time.

Even though I have managed to predict the massive earthquake in Japan but I did not feel happy instead I feel depressed about the pain of the Japanese friends who have to suffer because of the unwanted tragedy. Thus, I was really sad when an 'anonymous' criticised me in my blog not to use the misfortune of Japanese to promote myself. However, I have managed to overcome my such bad feeling quickly when I received lots of support in my blog and Facebook. Thank you so much, my friends out there and the support is sufficient enough for me to stand up and say, "Nothing can stop me to share the great ancient knowledge with all!" The 5 factors according to importance are: 1st destiny, 2nd luck, 3rd feng shui, 4th good-will and 5th education. 4th Good-will, do good and perform good deeds to make your life better. In Buddhism, it is called cause and effect or 'karma', the preordained fate that is generated by a person's actions. Someone can also enhance their luck by having a strong willingness to help others. Your luck will become better eventually when one performs more charity. In short, we have to do something good and say something nice everyday.

OK, now let me share with you how I managed to predict the massive earthquake in Japan. If you refer to my book that I mentioned above on page 150, the worst annual flying star 5 yellow is at the East and Japan is the country at the most East of the world if you refer to the map of the world. On top of that, if you check the monthly flying star, you will notice there is also flying star 5 yellow there at the East. Both the worst stars (annual and monthly stars) are at the East on March, thus, there is basically hopeless for Japan. On top of that, the tsunami has occurred at the North East of Japan because both the annual and monthly flying stars 1 which is water are at the North East therefore there is heavy water there at the North East.

Apart from that, the month and year pillar are all 辛卯 Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch. There is too much gold at Heavenly Stem chopping the plant at Earthly Branch. 辛 is yin gold and 卯 is yin plant.

As the matter of fact, I was hoping that the Japanese Government could read my blog dated 27 Jan 2011 http://penangfengshui.blogspot.com/2011/02/japan-will-get-more-serious-earthquake.html and believed me so that they could carried out necessary precaution measures to minimise the impact of the earthquake but later realized that it is impossible for me to do so as the power of the 5 yellow is so strong that we could not do anything to stop it. Furthermore, I could not tell where is the direction of earthquake and tsunami exactly. Hence, I have to put more effort to learn more about the knowledge of feng shui which is the ancient treasure from our ancestors.

Oh my goodness, my prediction came true again!
