The feng shui of Kuching, Sarawak.

古晋（马来语：Kuching）是位于东马来西亚沙勞越州的首府，它是东马来西亚最大的城市. 古晋的译音为"Kuching"，而Kucing在马来语当中为“猫”，所以古晋也有“猫城”这个俗称。

Kuching is the capital and most populous city of the East Malaysian state of Sarawak. Kuching got its name from Malay Language "kucing" which mean cat. The Assembly Hall of Sarawak (Dewan Undangan Sarawak)

There is a hornbill on the Coat of arms of Sarawak.

The reason why Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud (BN) is still very strong in Sarawak is because of the feng shui of the Sarawak Assembly Hall. The design of the Assembly Hall looked like a bird cage and Sarawak is known as Bumi Kenyalang ("Land of the Hornbills"). The cage detains the hornbill and control it.

Also, the Assembly Hall is located at an auspicious location which is the place of 玉带环抱. The river flow of the River of Sarawak forms the 玉带环抱. I have said many times about the benefit of the 玉带环抱 in my blog, book and seminars. Do not wish to repeat it here. Please click this link

Ancient Compass found in the Sarawak Museum

I was surprised to find the ancient compass in the Sarawak Museum that the compass looked very similar to our lua pan 罗盘 feng shui compass that we are using today. It consists the 5 elements (gold, water, plant, fire and earth elements), bagua, 12 animals and etc. It means the influence of our belief is already in the land of the Hornbills long ago.

大山脚风水宝地地灵人杰

在风水学里, 我们常说”山管人丁水管财”, 有好山就有好人才. 有好水就有好财富. 山灵人杰, 地灵人杰, 山有灵气, 此处便有豪杰和优秀的人才.

可知道为什么吉隆坡可贵为马来西亚的首都？也是最繁荣昌盛的商业中心吗? 因为吉隆坡位于巴生谷, 它被茂盛肥沃的山脉包围着。巴生谷的山脉是“玉带环抱”着吉隆坡。所谓的“玉带环抱”是指中国的古老时代官员的腰间带着的玉带，而巴生谷茂盛肥沃的山脉正是“玉带环抱”包围着，拥抱着并且保护着吉隆坡, ”山管人丁“吉隆坡因此吸引了许多卓越的人才。这些人才都从马来西亚其他地区勇往吉隆坡谋生。

然而，如果您看看新加坡。新加坡实际上是一个非常平坦土地的岛屿。新加坡最高的山是只是537英尺的Bukit Timah武吉知马山。李光耀确切地知道他不可能依靠新加坡山脉，因此他使用了水。

1977年，李光耀开始清理新加坡河，开始凝聚财富的新加坡成功吸引全世界的人才。以他们的财富作为新加坡吸引人才的本饯。看看香港的海水，您就大概可以同意“山管人丁水管财” 有好水就有好财富了吧.

一位新加坡学院资深讲师告诉我,在她的高等教育学院的许多最杰出学生都来自马来西亚。许多本地学校最杰出学生在还没毕业新加坡政府就已经提供了奖学金. 人才外流可是马来西亚的严重问题不是吗?

看我们的Sungai Pinang。它是黑，肮脏和油腻的河。但，所幸州政府已经开始清理了Sungai Pinang，但是对我而言善有许多改善之空间。

在槟城, 我最喜欢的山是大山脚的山因为此山山清水秀, 是一座茂盛肥沃的山, 山灵人杰, 地灵人杰, 山有灵气, 此处更有豪杰和优秀的人才. 我常说大山脚是个卧虎藏龙之处, 大山脚日新中学培养了无数了人才. 大山脚子民, 拿督李宗伟就是最好的例子. 自从南北大道 Juru Toll 站的出入口和Autocity开始被使用后, 它已经打开了前往大山脚的另一个气口, 因此大山脚一带现在正蓬勃发展着. 大山脚是个难得的风水宝地.

Dato Lee Chong Wei. I salute you!

The whole nation is crying when Dato Lee Chong Wei was so close to the victory Gold medal of Olympic but yet lost to Lin Dan finally. It is a very sad day for all Malaysians including me.

But, I want to urge the State Government to rebuild the Hill of Bukit Mertajam as the hill side at the Berapit has been broken. I have said in my blog and my book How to enjoy your life with good feng shui? page 50 -51 which I said:-

The hill helps in producing great and talented people as well as maintaining superb health of the people. It also helps in increasing the number of family members if you stay in an area with wonderful hills around you.

As what we say in Feng Shui, "hill governs the people and water is wealth 山管人丁水管财"; if there are green beautiful hills around, there will be great people emerging from that area. We have Dato’ Lee Chong Wei and Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim from Bukit Mertajam.

I always say that Bukit Mertajam is a place full of talented people臥虎藏龍的佳地 since there are so many outstanding students from Jin Sin High School and Bukit Mertajam High School.

I love the hill of Bukit Mertajam as the shape of the hill is awesome with a lot of lush and flourishing plants; hence it produces many remarkable people. If it is not because of the broken hill, the achievement of the people in that area will be even higher. Therefore, please preserve the hill well as it is good for the people""".

I said my blog that Lee Chong Wei cannot win major tournaments as the hill 龙穴 has been broken but I finally removed the blog because some criticized me that I should not discouraged the great hero.

However, I want to urge the State Government to rebuild the hill of the Bukit Mertajam by planting trees at the Berapit side of the Bukit Mertajam if they wish to have Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim as our next Prime Minister.

Master Lee Cheng Hoe is an engineer by profession, with a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from an established university in United Kingdom, University of Strathcycle. In the early stage of his career, Master Lee was an engineer and manager with an MNC. Currently Master Lee is an Oriental Astrologist, mastering in Feng Shui, Bazi and Chinese Name studies. He is also an active blogger and maintains a blog that has a handful collection of Chinese astrology information. Apart from that, Master Lee is an author, speaker and trainer in oriental astrology.

Master Lee is born in Penang, Malaysia. Both his parents were hawkers. In his early education in Chung Ling High School, Master Lee has demonstrated leadership capabilities and skill in school societies. Having achieving excellent results in both academic and curriculum, Master Lee had successfully furthered his studies in UTM. He was also awarded scholarship to pursue his degree in a university in UK.

According to Mr. Ch’ng Hock Loong, a Manager of Agilent Technology Sdn. Bhd, Master Lee has already developed a strong interest in oriental astrology ever since his first career as an engineer. After many years of studies and research, he always hopes to use scientific view to analyze astrology. With his interest in educating people, he always loves to share his knowledge of the oriental astrology with others. He has been invited by companies to hold seminars in oriental astrology.

With many years of practical experiences, the most contended moment is not making lucrative income, but Master Lee was relieved that he managed to help a married lady who has failed in her marriage and nearly committing suicide to begin a new chapter of life; a young lady who has totally lost confidence, able to walk out his office confidently after consultation.
