‘Sui Po’, the fearful stars such as ‘Lan Gan’ is bad stars. The Star of ‘Sui Po’ is a not peaceful star. It represents the hardships in company. Simultaneously, there is a star of ‘Da Hao Xing’, which indicating a leak of wealth and do not easy to gather wealth. You may suffer unexpected personal financial losses. You have to be careful in any investment. You may purchase carelessly the stock that has no potential to grow. Rat may lose your freedom and may have to stay in a hospital. In the year of horse, your luck may not be very promising. It is advisable for you to go to the temple or church in the beginning of spring to pray for good fortune and it is helpful to dispel the disturbance of the fearful star.

I would like to highlight to you that you should only take the zodiac horoscope as reference only because it is ONLY based on the year of birth to analyze what is going to expect for a person. It is not logical to have all those who are born in the year of rat to share the same fortune in 2014. To be more accurate, it is better to read your bazi as a whole as there will be more data to be obtained from the bazi which include the year, month, day and hour that you were born. It is similar to if you go for a doctor for diagnosing, for accuracy, the doctor will go for blood screening, CT scan, x-ray and etc to have a more precious information than just to check your body temperature solely, isn’t it?

我学习易经, 八字原理, 风水理论的心态就是一直希望从这些复杂古老却宝贵的智慧里寻找它们的科学根据, 然后以最简单的方式与有缘人分享.

一直问自己为何古人可以用 一个人的生辰八字来批命? 为何一个人的生辰那么重要? 为何西方星座也是根据一个人的生辰? 天干地支来纪年，为什么是60一轮称六十甲子? 为什么不是80年一循环？或者100年？

易 - 变化之意，万事万物永远都处于变化之中。气 - 万物变化造成流动的现象就是气。

简单的来说, 地球一直在旋转, 因此地球的磁场无时无刻都在变. 太阳和月亮对地球影响最大. 五大行星的影响次之. 最接近地球的五大行星为水 Mercury, 金 Venus, 火Mars, 木 Jupiter  与土 Saturn. 天王海王等太远影响不大，太阳系外影响就更微乎其微。你也可以发觉我们每一天都离不开五行, 金水木火土. 现在看你四周, 是否都是这五行因素?

太阳系最大的星球是木星，甲子纪年就从对他们的观察并计算产生的结果。木星的公转周期为4332.589天，约合11.86年。古人以12年来计算，木星每年所转到的方位就是其中一个“地支”位。这十二个位置这也是生肖的来历。

土星的公转周期为10759.2天，即约29.5年。古人以三十年计算。土星在公转运行中，二十年和木星相会一次。木星、土星这两大行星的会合，对地球有非常巨大的影响。因此风水理论中的三元九运, 三元为六十年, 一个甲子. 地球运为二十年转变一次. 现在为八运. 土星、木星二十年会合一次为一运，以九大行星配九运。

我们看看5大行星的运行周期就明白了

金 Venus            0.615 (225 days)      

火 Mars             1.881      

木 Jupiter          11.86     

土 Saturn           29.46      

以木星公转十二年和土星公转三十年的最小公倍数六十年为一个纪年单位，定为一个元，这是风水学纪年的起源。木星绕太阳公转一週是地球绕太阳公转的十二倍,而土星绕太阳公转一週是地球绕太阳公转的三十倍. 金、木、水、火、土星与地球每隔大约六十年便会同宫. 45度内. 金、木、水、火、土星与地球差不多行成一条直線. 因此在天干地支纪年法里我们有六十甲子. 每六十年甲子将出现因此我们必须承认先人高深而且宝贵的智慧. 他们在几千年前已经可以很精准地把金、木、水、火、土星与地球每隔大约六十年便会同宫的时间给算出来.

八字又稱为四柱(年柱, 月柱, 日柱, 时柱), 是根据一个人的出生的年, 月, 日和时辰, 以天干地支纪年法来计算. 简单的来说,我们希望从中了解自己本命所属之五行而从中寻找自己所需之五行, 因为地球一直在旋转, 地球的磁场无时无刻都在变, 我们出世那一刻的磁场就仿佛是我们的密码.

其实风水八字的原理与爱因斯坦的相对论相似, 都讲就平衡点, 当发现那方面太多就少用它; 而当发现那方面太少就多用它. 可曾听过<水能载舟, 也能覆舟>, 我们需要水来载舟, 但太多水也能覆舟.每件东西都要它的平衡点. 因此简单的来说,如果你所属之五行为水但你出世那一刻的磁场为水强的时刻, 那你忌水. 反之, 如果你所属之五行为水但你出世那一刻的磁场为水弱的时刻, 你就需要水.中医药的原理也是如此.

I always study the Book of Changes (I-Ching), the theory of feng shui and the principle of bazi reading with the hope to find some scientific facts and hopefully I can explain these complicated ancient precious wisdom in a simple language to all of you out there.

I always asked myself why our ancestors were able to use a person's birthday to calculate his/her life path. Is a person's birthday that important? Why the Western constellation horoscope also based on a person's birthday? Why the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches is a sixty-year cycle? Why isn't it a 80 years cycle? Or 100 years?

Apparently, the Earth is revolving continuously; therefore the Earth's magnetic field is in a constantly changing form. The sun and the moon affect the Earth largely. It is followed by the influence of the 5 major planets. The closest planets to the Earth are the five major planets, water Mercury, golden Venus, and fire Mars, wooden Jupiter and earth Saturn. Other planets like Neptune are too far and the influence to the Earth is insignificant. You also may notice that we cannot escape from the 5 elements. Look around yourself now and you will notice that you are surrounding by the 5 elements i.e. gold, water, plant (wood), fire and earth elements. 

The biggest star in the Solar System is Jupiter. The Jupiter's revolution cycle is 4332.589 days, approximately for 11.86 years or 12 years, thus, we have the twelve Earthly Branches. These 12 Earthly Branches also represent the 12 zodiac animal horoscope, with the rat, followed by the ox and lastly the pig.

Whereas, another large planet, the Saturn's revolution cycle is 10759.2 days, approximately in 29.5 years or 30 years. Hence, every 20 years the Jupiter will meet the Saturn and of course it will have extremely huge influence to the Earth when they meet. Therefore in the feng shui flying star theory, we have the three yuan nine periods. Every 20 years, the Earth will have a change of period. Currently, the Earth is in period 8. There are 9 planets in the Solar System; hence, in feng shui flying star theory, we have 9 periods.

Every 60 years, the water Mercury, Golden Venus, Fire Mars, Wooden Jupiter and Earth Saturn will meet in a straight line in 45 degrees. Therefore, it is every 60 years sixty year cycle! We have to applaud the wisdom of our ancestors for their ability to calculate it accurately without the help of the advanced technology that we have today. They could do it without a telescope.

In the bazi reading, we calculate the life path of a person based on his/her birth time i.e. the year, month, day and hour which we call it the four pillars, the law of the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches.

In short, because the Earth is revolving continuously; therefore the Earth's magnetic field is in a constantly changing form. When a person is born, every one of us is born in a different time. It is like every one of us has a different magnetic code with us. The theory of the bazi reading is similar to the Einstein's theory of relativity i.e. searching for the balance point. When we find out there are too many of an element, we should minimize its usage. But vice verse if there are too few of an element, we should use it largely instead. This is also the basic of the knowledge of the Chinese medicine.

易经说的是阴阳. 星球, 太阳, 月亮等都能影响地球的磁场, 当然也能影响地球上的我们. 太阳在遥远的太阳系里但它的热能足以影响我们的生活, 太阳表面的活动足以影响我们的地球上的电磁波频率.  月亮也能影响地球上的海水的升降.

我们祖先鼓励我们在八月十五与家人亲友团圆是因为在八月十五月亮靠近地球会影响地球上的磁场, 当然也能影响地球上的我们. 所以我们有人狼僵尸是在月亮圆的时候出现的传说,无论是东方传说的僵尸和西方传说的人狼都在月圆的时候出现, 因为月亮靠近地球会影响地球上人类的思想情绪, 因此我们祖先鼓励我们在八月十五与家人亲友团圆, 大家乐融融, 团圆在一起, 以充满爱的心情来面对这会影响地球上人类的思想情绪的一天.

From I-Ching to understand the objective of the mid-autumn festival celebration.

I-                    Ching, the Book of Changes is talking about the ying, negative energy and the yang, positive energy. The stars, the sun and the moon all can affect Earth's magnetic field, certainly they also can affect us, the human being who live on the Earth. The Sun is so far away from us in the Solar System, but its heat energy affects our daily life strongly. The activities on the solar surface affect our Earth's electromagnetic wave frequency easily.  Apparently, the moon also can affect the Earth's sea water level. 

Our ancestor encourages us to celebrate the mid-autumn festival on the lunar August 15 with the family member and friends because the moon is very close to on the lunar August 15 and it affects the magnetic field of the Earth. It certainly also can affect us. Therefore we have the legends about vampires and werewolves appear during the full moon. Whether it is the legend of the East or the West whereby the zombies and the werewolves all appears in full moon. This is because when the moon approaches the Earth, it affects human being emotion. By having family or friends reunion, the harmony atmosphere will make us face this day with love so that we won't be affected by the negative energy from the Moon.

从工程师到风水师

我必须在我风水讲座之前自我介绍，否则在回答时段总会有人问同一个问题,那就是为什么我会成为风水师，因为我学的是工程系。 

工程师的理念，让我训练成凡事都以科学和系统地去理性思考。因此，最初，我认为风水和许多东方古老学问都没有科学事实根据。他们是缺乏科学依据的一个神奇领域。然而，在经年累月的研究之后，我开始了解和珍惜这祖先遗留下来的伟大的珍宝。 

风水与大自然生态的关系不可漠视

您可以发现近代的人类态度傲慢,只重於发展的利益,漠视原始的自然环境.他们的行为使到我们的大自然开始出现严重的不平衡状态, 山河不复往日的翠绿清澈,因此,很多地方的好风水就因此而改变.

近期，人们开始体会到我们必须停下来了解和学习最初自然界的使命,学习这些古老的知识.因此,古老的研究例如瑜伽，气功,风水，周易, 子兵法等都变得越来越普遍。 如果您真正地了解它们，您将发现它们是很实际的一门学问。我是在真正地了解风水和许多东方古老学问之后才开始爱上它们.

很多学问是原自于<易经>, 包括了风水学.  一个人不可以太阳太刚烈, 或太阴太柔弱. 其实其原理与爱因斯坦的相对论相似, 都讲就平衡点, 不可以太多也不可以太少. 我常说<水能载舟, 也能覆舟>, 我们需要水来载舟, 但太多水也能覆舟.每件东西都要它的平衡点.

我常说地球无时无刻都在转, 没有停下來的一刻, 所以风水轮流转. 曾几何时, 欧洲, 大英帝国统治天下, 俄罗斯和美国同起同坐, 美国更曾经不可一世, 但现在呢? 中国曾被称为东亚病夫, 但现在呢? 

风水讲究平衡与协调，好山好水好方位

在风水学里, 太阳的地方不利我们, 太阴的地方也对我们不利. 如果你住在太热的地方, 你感到不舒服, 同样的地如果你住在太冷的地方, 你也会感到不舒服. 人类最适合住在不太热也不太冷的地方, 那就是阴阳互相配合, 因此风水学也是环境学.

所以当我们了解了易经,就知道大自然的一切也是须要一个平衡点,而这个点呢就来自好山好水好方位.

山灵人杰, 地灵人杰

所以, 山在风水学里是相当重要的因素.  所谓山管人丁水管财, 有好山就有好人才. 有好水就有好财富. 山灵人杰, 地灵人杰, 山有灵气, 此处更有豪杰和优秀的人才

亚罗士打的地理风水响应了这个好山的原理.这里曾出现两位马来西亚的首相, 分别是第一位首相, 敦姑和领导马来西亚最久也是最有权威的首相, 敦马。

槟城大山脚欣欣向荣

再看看槟城为何如此欣欣向荣, 假日的车辆涌济而入,行道上塞车的指数偏高,不难见到处处都是外坡而来的车辆. 车水马龙都是因为槟城有好山好水. 

槟城大山脚的山也是非常的青葱翠丽,因此造就了李宗伟,阿都拉和安华等等. 槟城大山脚山和吉打亚罗士打的象豫山的共同点是两者都独坐在平地, 没有其他山连着它们.因此人才济济,在任何领域都是独占鳌头.

大山脚的山,山清水秀, 是一座茂盛肥沃的山, 大山脚是个卧虎藏龙之处, 自从南北大道 Juru Toll 站的出入口和Autocity开始被使用后, 它已经打开了前往大山脚的另一个气口,因此大山脚一带现在正蓬勃发展着. 当槟威第二大桥通车后,大山脚的发展更是锦上添花.

梦寐以求的好家居 – 祥和舒适，须有好气场，加上适合的摆设

另外,从住宅方面来看,住宅是人生的批护所，而家，是一輩子的歸处，合適的家居就能帶给人們一個祥和、舒適的生活環境。如今房屋越建越多,不胜枚举. 由於家是我们最主要的风水位,所以在做决定前,必须注意几点，首先要以主人的向旺方為重點，再來根據自身的磁場作出考量。

其實從歷史來看，人總是離不開天与地. 因此人和地是惜惜相關的，如果可以住在地上的房子(landed property), 那么最接近地氣也是會比較好的.

從住宅風水來看，以“左青龍，右白虎，前朱雀，後玄武”為最佳住場.後玄武,是最佳的風水格局。朱雀方見水池、泳池、公園、草原、湖泊、河海等寬敞平坦之物最佳。住宅的前方叫做‘前朱雀’，又稱‘明堂’。明堂需要陽光，因此普通住宅的明堂位置會是能夠讓光線照射進來的方向。而玄武則在後方。

現今的房子，許多都設有玄關，大門是屋宅內外相互間隔的界線，門內為私人磁場，門外公眾氣場，而中間為轉換地。因此，設置玄關能幫助來緩和內外的磁場.

家中設有玄關的人，設計不宜太狹窄，最好在此處留盞燈，使氣流通順。玄關處不是讓你放雜物的地方，保持玄關乾淨是極為重要的。

要有个好的家居,必须选择好的气场和磁场,再配合主人的八字, 加上适合的擺设,那么就是一间梦寐以求的佳居了.

37 dead in Genting bus crash

Sad to read the news but if you would to follow my prediction earlier at the beginning of the year. I said the the Li Chun Day (Birthday) of the year of snake 2013 癸巳年, there is a 相刑, which will cause serious accident, bridges collapse, buses, trains or planes clash and of course injuries. 

The lunar month 7th month is 庚申, the 庚 clashes the month stem 月干of the Li Chun Day . Furthermore, 申 and the year root 年支, 巳, together with the month root, 月支, 寅 forms the 恃势之刑 , which means accident will occur easily. 

On top of that, today 21 August 2013 is Lunar Calender 15th day 农历十五 is 已未, the 未 clashes day root of the Li Chuy Day 丑. Hence, it is not an auspicious day.

山在风水学里是相当重要的因素.  所谓山管人丁水管财, 有好山就有好人才. 有好水就有好财富.

槟城为何城如此欣欣向荣, 假日的车辆涌济而入,行道上塞车的指数偏高,不难见到处处都是外坡而来的车辆. 车水马龙都是因为槟城有好山好水. 槟城的山形多为水形因此对医药业有助力, 你有发现近年来槟城的各大医院如GMC, Island Hospital, Loh Guan Lye Hospital 等等都在大兴土木吗? 它们成功的吸引了许多外地人,尤其是印尼华侨来寻求医药服务.

怡保曾经因为锡业而发达,但现在所留下来的山只是破山, 所以它的繁荣如早暮的黄昏,不能比美现今槟城的欣欣向荣.

吉隆坡在巴生谷因为有好山包围因此吸引各处外地人才到吉隆坡来发展. 以前的锡矿湖已变成美丽的湖泊, 那是好水, 有好水就有好财富.

新加坡没有什么高山因此要靠水. 新加坡的水相当好, 虽然不至于清澈见底但却给人一种灵秀的感觉. 因此新加坡政府能成功的增加它的财富,以吸引人才来兴旺这个国家。

山灵人杰, 山有灵气就会出现豪杰. 吉打亚罗士打的西北方出现形似大象的象豫山独坐在广阔的平地, 西北方是乾位即是皇帝位,因此吉打亚罗士打历年出现了丙位首相.

Hill / Mountain

Hill / Mountain is an important factor in the study of feng shui.  The mountain is believed to be able to produce talented people while the water is to govern the wealth. We believe if the area has good mountains, the area should have talented people. Whereas if the area has good water, it will produce abundant wealth to the people in that area.

Why Penang is so prosperous until people from other states flood the city during the holidays and forces the locals to stay at home and does not dare to go out? That is because Penang has both the fertile hills and clear water. Most of the Penang's hills shapes are in the shape of plant or wood element shape therefore has the boost to the pharmaceutical industry. It is not hard for you to discover that in the recent years, Penang's big hospitals like GMC, Island Hospital, Loh Guan Lye Hospital and so on all are expanding. They managed to extract a lot of patients from the oversea especially the Indonesians.

Ipoh was used to be prosperous because of its tin industry but what remain now are some broken hills hence its present achievement is unable to compare with Penang.

Kuala Lumpur is in the Klang Valley and hence it has good mountains that surrounding it, therefore it is able to attract talented people to come to the city and develop it. The previous tin ore lakes have turned into the beautiful lakes, which are the good water. Again having good water means to have the good wealth.

Singapore does not have mountains or tall hills and therefore it must depend on its water. Singapore's water is remarkably good.  Singapore Government has managed to increase its wealth to extract talented people to grow the country.

The mountain is believed to produce outstanding hero. The Gunung Keriang which looked like an elephant appears at the Northwest of Alor Setar. Northwest is the region for the Qian Kua which is a place for the King, hence it produced two prime ministers.

Bukit Mertajam is also a beautiful and fertile hill which produces Abdullah and Anwar. The common ground in between The Bukit Mertajam and The Gunung Keriang is both of them all sit alone on a flat land without any hills to link to them.
