Why recently there are so many crazy drivers on the roads and there were even many drivers who speed in the opposite direction of the roads? 我们才跨进入鸡年不久, 在马来西亚的南方的柔佛就发生了夺走八条小孩生命的恐怖车祸.

If you refer to my post on prediction for 2017 which I posted on 4 October 2016 last year, I said “the bazi of Malaya shows that the transport or traffic messiness and accidents will occur, thus put extra care when you are on the road.”

老子所说的”道法自然”, 河和山都是弯弯曲曲, 告诉我们一个人不可以太阳太刚烈,不要直直的, 应柔的时候要柔, 应刚的时候要刚, 物极必反.

一个人不可以太阳太刚烈, 太硬就是死人了! 或太阴太柔弱. 其实其原理与爱因斯坦的相对论相似, 都讲就平衡点, 不可以太多也不可以太少. <水能载舟, 也能覆舟>, 我们需要水来载舟, 但太多水也能覆舟.每件东西都要它的平衡点.

华人喜欢把龙当作最吉祥的动物. 古代皇帝就是龙的化身, 只有皇帝可以使用龙. 其实龙有存在吗? 没有人见过龙! 其实龙是由各种动物来形成, 龙角是鹿角,龙耳是午耳, 龙眼为虎眼, 龙爪是鹰爪, 龙鼻是狮鼻, 龙齿为马齿, 龙尾更为金魚尾. 龙身由蛇身形成, 弯弯曲曲而非直直的.

<易>由蜥蜴而得名, 而蜥蜴能夠变色，俗稱「变色龙」，指天下萬物是常变的, 和佛学里的<无常>是同样的道理.《易经》也常有龙的出现如<飞龙在天>, <潜龙勿用>,<群龙无首>等. 《易经》的龙其实代表<变>, 因为龙总是变化莫测. 神龙见首不见尾!

在风水学里, 太阳的地方不利我们, 太阴的地方也对我们不利. 如果你住在太热的地方, 你感到不舒服, 同样的地如果你住在太冷的地方, 你也会感到不舒服. 人类最适合住在不太热也不太冷的地方, 那就是阴阳互相配合, 因此风水学也是环境学. 学太极拳的师父们最了解其中的道理了, 因为太极拳是柔中带刚, 其实太极拳也原自于《易经》. 《易经》不是只是本占卜的书, 它也告诉我们一个重要而简单的道理, 那就是阴阳必须互相配合, 失一不可. 如果世界上只有阴, 女性而没阳, 男性那怎能传宗接代呢? 风水古籍《雪心赋》也有記載：孤阳不生，独阴不长；也就是這個道理。<物极必反>也.

在风水学里, 我们把山脉称为龙脉,山河就像龙, 因为大自然在告诉我们, 凡事不可直直的, 柔中带刚, 阴阳互相配合, 失一不可, 物极必反. 

因此在风水里, 如果房子面对着直直的大道, 这间房子并不属于好风水的房子.

『风水上讲：曲则有情，直则无义。水也被分为有情水與无情水两类。有情水，水弯曲呈环抱狀，水質清，水深厚，水流较缓慢;无情水，水直水流急，水浑浊，水淺干，呈反弓狀对著住宅。

以前的人靠河水, 河流是他们主要的交通, 现在的河水已经被道路所代替了, 因此你家或者你的店铺前面的道路就是你的水也就是你的财富, 因为水就是财 ; 人类自古以来靠水来得到财富, 世界四大文明古都都建在水的旁边.

Chinese New Year 2017 Feng Shui Talks

Thank you so much UOB Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Prudential Assurance, GIC, DHL and ...... for inviting me to conduct my feng shui talks for the Chinese New Year 2017. Thanks to the guests for liking my feng shui talks. Glad to have so many came to me and said "Thanks Master Lee for making me understand easily what is real feng shui knowledge in a scientific way. This is the first time I heard about it and it was so interesting!"

For those who want to conceive a baby, try these feng shui methods.

To enhance the chances of those ladies who are looking forward to conceive a baby, we have to boost the flying star no 9 as it is a star of happiness 喜庆星 or having happy events 喜事. This year the star no 9 is at the South East and what you have to do is to place the following items at the South East of your house for 9 days:-

1. Two eggs.

2. Nine 红枣 (hong zao) dates / jujube.

3. Nine peanuts花生.

4. Two ang pau 红包with the details and wishes of the couple in both ang pau红包.Take a piece of paper and write the birthday and birth time, name and wishes of the husband and wife in both ang pau 红包.

Place those items at the South East sector of your house for 9 days and then boil the eggs and consume them.

Also, please place 9 bamboo plants at the South East to enhance the star no 9.

医学科学惊人的发现, 一个人死后, 他的身体内的细胞只会在7X7 = 49天后完全死亡，我们为死者祈祷不是刚好49天吗？ Medical scientists discovered that the cells in a dead body will only completely die after 7X7=49days, and we pray 49 days for a dead person accordingly to Chinese customs. Isn’t it amazing?

I m no longer lonely anymore.

The first slide during all my recent feng shui talks now, I indicated “FENG SHUI IS SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS.” Nevertheless, I have said repeated times in my blog that “FENG SHUI IS SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS.”

I am even more convinced now after I met two scholars.

I met a medical scientist from the Harvard University who is also a brain specialist. He agreed with my findings and he strongly believes in the ancient studies. He argued the facts that why we claim that we are more advanced than the past but the more hospitals we build, the more patients we have. If the medical science research is going in the correct direction, then we should have already cured many diseases by now but instead it goes the other way round.

Surprising to know that from their research, the cells in a dead body will only completely die after 7X7=49days, not 48 days not 50 days but exactly 49 days and we pray 7X7 = 49 days for a dead person accordingly to Chinese customs. Isn’t it amazing?

Also, I met a famous nephrologist who is keen in feng shui and he used the birthdays of his patients to do a study. His finding is surprising in line with theory of the theory of bazi reading. If your day master is water element and in your bazi there are too many of water elements in it, then your undesired element is water. Too much of anything is bad and versa vice. Thus, in your 10 years luck pillar, if there is too much water appears and especially when there is a crush of water element in your bazi, then you will be hit by water related problem. The organs belong to water element are kidney, blander and ear. Apparently, all his patients that have kidney failure issue have that problem in their bazi reading.  Again, isn’t it amazing!

我遇到了一位来自哈佛大学的医学科学家，他也是一名脑专家。他同意我的研究结果，他坚信古代知识研究。他说为什么我们人类声称我们比过去更先进，但为什么我们建立的医院越多，我们的病人却有更多。如果医学研究正朝着正确的方向进行，那么我们现在应该已经治愈了许多疾病，但是可悲的现实却是相反过来, 反其道而行。

令人惊讶地，从他们的研究，一个死亡的人, 他身体内的细胞只会在7X7 = 49天后完全死亡，而不是48天也不是50天，而是恰好49天，我们为死者祈祷不是刚好7X7 = 49天吗？

做简单的几招： -

来布置你的房子.

2. 打开所有的灯，风扇和空调来欢迎鸡年。用三支香向上天祈祷.

3. 保持心情愉快.

5.并在周六2017年2月4日 9 – 11am，到您的银行ATM机存一些钱到您的银行帐户。这意味着你将在鸡年有充足的钱进入您的银行帐户。不可拿钱出来. 最好不要在2月4日从您的银行帐户中拿出任何款项。

3 Feb 2017 11:34pm is the beginning of spring or we call it LI CHUN立春. It is the first day of the 24 solar terms and the first day of spring. In the 24 solar terms, there are beginning of spring, beginning of summer, beginning of autumn and beginning of winter立春, 立夏, 立秋和立冬. They are the first day of every season.

Thereafter the beginning of spring is ONLY then the entire New Year. In fact, many people have mistaken about it. They thought the first day of the Lunar New Year is the new year day农历初一. This year on February 3, 2017 11.34pm ONLY the child that born on that time onwards is a rooster zodiac child instead of the first day of the Lunar New Year农历初一. After LI CHUN ONLY all aspects change accordingly.

Simple things to do:-

1.       On Li Chun 3 Feb 2017 11:34pm, arrange your house following http://penangfengshui.blogspot.my/2017/01/how-to-enhance-your-house-office-or.html

2.       Switch on all the lights, fans and air conditioners to activate the qi and welcome the rooster year. Use 3 joss sticks to pray or tell your wishes to the Heaven.

3.       Keep a peacefully and joyful atmosphere when doing it.

4.       Better cook some dishes and enjoy with your family.

5.        On the next day, 4 Feb 17 9-11am, go to your bank ATM machine to deposit some money to your bank account. It means you will have abundant money to keep in your bank account on this year. Do not take out money from your bank account during that time. It is better not to take out any money from your bank account on 4 Feb 17.

Annual Flying Star Chart 2017

Please do the following for the year of Rooster 2017 on the "li chun" 3 Feb 2017. Of course, please kindly clean your house and yourself before you do it. First of all, please switch on all the fans and lights to activate the qi when you do it. Don't forget to pray to the Heaven before you do it.

Water Feature

Annual Flying Star 1 (White) is at the centre. It is good for studies, wealth, love and career. Spend more time there. Place a Water Feature there. If your house has a water feature at the middle of your house, office or shop, it will be awesome.

Fortune Water 安忍水

Annual Star 2 (Black) is at the West North. This sector will cause illness, loss of wealth and this is where the unwanted spirits like to gather. Place a set of 'Fortune water'.

Clean the Fortune Water 安忍水 by changing the water and rough salt when it is dirty. It is advisable to clean it from time to time, especially during the time when you feel that your luck is not that promising. You should also do it when someone in your family / office falls sick or not doing well.

Annual Star 3 Jade 三碧 (plant) is at the West. It will cause constant arguments and in extreme cases, it may lead to legal lawsuits. Place a Red Carpet at the West. 

Oriental ancient studying tool 文房四宝

Annual Star 4 Green (plant) is at the North East. It is the best place for studying and thinking, particularly if you need to make important decisions. This is the place to enhance the study luck of your children. Get them to study in this sector to get good results in their examinations. There may be potential romantic encounters and better relationship for couples if you utilize this sector. Place an oriental ancient studying tool 文房四宝 with 4 calligraphy brushes or a pagoda 文昌塔 there. As the matter of fact, it is not only critical to enhance the intelligent star 4 for the kids, who are studying in schools, it is also very important for those who work, have to come out with brilliant and creative ideas. Thus, go to the North East of your house if you need to make an important decision.

Please beware that the West is also the place for the grand duke 太岁位; hence no renovations, knocking or breaking of wall should be done in this area.

Annual Star 5 Yellow at the South of your house. It is the worst place and the most dangerous sector. No renovations, knocking or breaking of wall in this area. Beware of accidents and obstacles. Place a set of 'fortune water'.

The ‘3 killings’ also at the East, hence, put 3 small qi lin there to reduce the impact for argument.

Annual Star 6 White (gold) is at the North. Good for career advancement and indirect wealth. Place a crystal ball there.

Annual Star 7 Red (gold) is at the South West. It is a place for possible arguments and medical compilations. Potential robberies if your main door is located at this sector. Please place a glass of water there.

Annual Star 8 White (Earth) is at the East.  As we are in Period 8, no. 8 star is the best star of all. It is the wealth location. If the main door of your house is located at this sector, you will enjoy good financial returns. Place a fan or clock to circulate the flow of the good qi. To further enhance the qi, place a treasure bowl as the figure below.

Annual Star 9 Purple (fire) at the South East. It is a very good place. You may expect to enjoy a lot of happy events such as a new born baby and marriage if you utilize this sector. It is also the 2nd wealth sector. Place 9 pots of plants there. Please activate this place if you wish to have a baby particularly.

It is advisable to use a clean cloth and dip into the water which has dissolved rough salt in it, then use the cloth to clean the items from time to time, especially during the time when you feel that your luck is not that promising. You should also do it when someone in your family / office falls sick or not doing well.

House Shifting and Earth Breaking Ceremonies after 3 Feb 2017立春

2017年立春 Li Chun 3 Feb 2017 2334 is the actual day and time for us to enter into the year of rooster, not the 1st day of Chinese New Year 28 Jan 17 正月初一. Thus, the baby who is born after 3 Feb 2017 2334 only is a ‘rooster’.

If you are going to shift to your new house, you have to select auspicious dates & time according to the bazi (time of birth) of the family members and facing of the house for two very important dates i.e. Earth Breaking Date and House Shifting Date. After the date has been determined, a simple ceremony can be carried out. It is vital to conduct the ceremony to show our respect to the Earth and the surrounding.

Earth Breaking Date

1. Firstly, prepare 4 sets of fruits (apple, Mandarin orange or orange, banana and pear), some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea.

2. Put the things at 4 different locations i.e. North West, South East, North East and South West of your house. Hence, there should be 4 sets of fruits, some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea at 4 different locations respectively.

3. For those who use joss stick, pray and put them onto the fruits until they have completed burning. For those who do not use joss stick, just pray at the sectors. Say your wishes when you pray.

4. The schedule of praying is from North West; follow by South East, then North East and lastly the South West.

5. Break a small piece of the wall.

However, after 3 Feb 2017, you should avoid breaking the wall at the below locations:-

1. South sector of your house, shop, factory or office – 5 yellow 五黃位.

2. East sector of your house, shop, factory or office – 3 killings 三煞位

3. West sector of your house, shop, factory or office – Grand Duke太岁位

4. East sector of your house shop, factory or office – Year breaker岁破位

所谓不可在太岁头上动土In short, you should not ‘touch’ the South, West and East prior ‘touching’ other places. This is to show that we ‘respect them’. After breaking the small piece at the correct place, you can proceed to renovate any other places. You can break the small piece of wall at the places other than the places that mentioned earlier. In another word, you can ONLY start the renovation after the ceremony.

It is crucial to maintain a peaceful mind when the ceremony is being carried out. No argument should be taken place during the ceremony. Pray with a sincere and pure heart. You can consume the fruits after the prayer.

Shifting Ceremony

1. Firstly, prepare 4 sets of fruits (apple, Mandarin orange or orange, banana and pear), some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea.

2. Put the things at 4 different locations i.e. North West, South East, North East and South West of your house. Hence, there should be 4 sets of fruits, some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea at 4 different locations respectively.

3. For those who use joss stick, pray and put them onto the fruits until they have completed burning. For those who do not use joss stick, just pray at the sectors. Say your wishes when you pray.

4. The schedule of praying is from North West; follow by South East, then North East and lastly the South West. (Step 1-4 is the same as the earth breaking ceremony but you can pray to the ancestors and Heaven 神 for the shifting ceremony)

5. After the prayers, you should place 柴米油鹽酱醋茶 cooking material such as rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea leaves into the kitchen. Subsequently, boil a kettle of water or cook something to symbolize that you have started to occupy the kitchen and the house.

6. Activate the qi of the house by switching on all the lights and fans.

7. It is superb if you can hold a house-warming party to gain more qi of the human when there are lots of laughter and children praying around the house.

8. It is crucial to maintain a peaceful mind when the ceremony is being carried out. No argument should be taken place during the ceremony. Pray with a sincere and pure heart.

Start Operation Ceremony

1. Firstly, prepare 4 sets of fruits (apple, Mandarin orange or orange, banana and pear), some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea.

2. Put the things at 4 different locations i.e. North West, South East, North East and South West of your unit. Hence, there should be 4 sets of fruits, some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea at 4 different locations respectively.

3. For those who use joss stick, pray and put them onto the fruits until they have completed burning. For those who do not use joss stick, just pray at the sectors. Say your wishes when you pray.

4. The schedule of praying is from North West; follow by South East, then North East and lastly the South West. (Step 1-4 is the same as the earth breaking ceremony but you can pray to the ancestors and Heaven 神 for the shifting ceremony)
